Syntocinon 5 unit per 1ml ampoule

Syntocinon 10 unit per 1ml ampoule

Reconstitution

Already in solution

Infusion fluids

Sodium chloride 0.9% or Glucose 5%

Hartmann's solution may also be used (ref 1)

Methods of intravenous administration

Continuous intravenous infusion (usual route) (administer using an electronically controlled infusion device)
